2. Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of winway services, you are required to register a valid user account. During registration, you must provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. Any false or misleading information provided at the point of registration may result in account suspension or closure without a refund.
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts, with any balances held pending the outcome of an investigation.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. winway will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. - Registration is only open to individuals aged 18 and above.
- Using another person's identity to register is strictly prohibited.
- Accounts registered using false information may be closed at any time.
3. User Responsibilities and Usage Rules
Users agree to use the winway platform solely for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or attack winway's technical infrastructure.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing someone else to use your account.
- Engaging in any activity intended to defraud, manipulate, or gain an unfair advantage.
- Posting content that is seditious, defamatory, or in violation of Malaysian law.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activities.
Winway reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take whatever action it deems appropriate, including reporting such activity to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information and Transactions
All financial transactions on the winway platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring they use a valid payment method registered in their own name. Using a payment method belonging to another party without authorisation is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Deposit
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe determined by your chosen payment method. winway is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If your deposit is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for further investigation.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved by winway. Users are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. winway reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until satisfactory verification is received if there are any concerns regarding identity or the legitimacy of a transaction.
Any taxes, bank charges, or fees imposed by third-party financial service providers are solely the user's responsibility and not winway's.
5. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
Winway reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for such action include, but are not limited to:
- Breach of these terms and conditions or any related policies.
- Suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, or platform abuse.
- Activities that may damage winway's reputation or interests.
- Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Accounts that have been inactive for a period as defined by winway's internal policy.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance in the account may be withheld while an investigation is conducted. winway's decision regarding account closure and any associated balances is final.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the winway support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard procedures.
6. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Changes to Terms
Limitation of Liability
Winway shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, or unfavourable betting outcomes. Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and accept full responsibility for their own betting decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the winway platform are the exclusive property of winway or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from winway.
Third-Party Links
The winway platform may contain links or references to third-party services. winway is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to these links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
These terms and conditions may be amended by winway at any time. The latest version will be published on this page and takes effect immediately unless otherwise stated. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
